社會(huì)福利弊端的英語(yǔ)作文
Corruption is another constraint welfare agencies welfare development issues. In addition there is a problem welfare organizations, benefits paid some units there are individuals phenomenon pocketing welfare items. For example, a unit for retired workers paid moon cake, moon cake obviously provides 5 pounds per person, but into the hands of workers has become a moon cake five per person. Units issued beautifully boxed fruit, into the hands of the bulk of the workers became. All of these, are not conducive to the development of China's welfare. Therefore, we should increase attention, let welfare really implement the hands of the people.
福利機(jī)構(gòu)的腐敗是另一個(gè)制約福利事業(yè)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題。現(xiàn)在很多人都不愿意向福利機(jī)構(gòu)捐款，不是大家的愛(ài)心都消失了，而是大家越來(lái)越懷疑自己捐的錢(qián)到底都到哪去了，他們能不能順利到達(dá)失學(xué)兒童手中，那些貧困的孤寡老人是否得到大家的愛(ài)心。有人甚至懷疑現(xiàn)代福利院，是民政部門(mén)的小金庫(kù)。有些福利機(jī)構(gòu)的確存在問(wèn)題，有的機(jī)構(gòu)人員拿著大家捐的愛(ài)心錢(qián)吃喝享受。除了福利機(jī)構(gòu)存在這樣的問(wèn)題，一些單位的福利發(fā)放也存在著個(gè)別人私吞福利物品的現(xiàn)象。例如，某單位為退休職工發(fā)放月餅，明明規(guī)定每人5斤月餅但是到了職工手中就成了每人五塊月餅了。單位發(fā)放的精美箱裝水果，到職工手中就成了散裝的了。所有的這些，都不利于我國(guó)福利事業(yè)的發(fā)展。所以我們應(yīng)該提高重視，讓福利真真正正落實(shí)到人民手中。

A fair society must take special care of the poor,the sick,the young and the old ,because they can‘t earn much money like others.But they belong to human being.Their lives must be protected by the society .So the modern society must build a Social Welfare System to help them .The system is different from the one that “recompense is made according to the amoumt of labour expended”.The system ensure everyone must get the lowest base of food,medical service,house,clothes and so on.If a country is more developed ,its Social welfare system must be better .
