　　物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)包括古遺址、古墓葬、古建筑、石窟寺、石刻、壁畫(huà)、近代現(xiàn)代重要史跡及代表性建筑等不可移動(dòng)文物，歷史上各時(shí)代的重要實(shí)物、藝術(shù)品、文獻(xiàn)、手稿、圖書(shū)資料等可移動(dòng)文物；以及在建筑式樣、分布均勻或與環(huán)境景色結(jié)合方面具有突出普遍價(jià)值的歷史文化名城(街區(qū)、村鎮(zhèn))。非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)包括口頭傳統(tǒng)、傳統(tǒng)表演藝術(shù)、民俗活動(dòng)和禮儀與節(jié)慶、有關(guān)自然界和宇宙的民間傳統(tǒng)知識(shí)和實(shí)踐、傳統(tǒng)手工藝技能等以及與上述傳統(tǒng)文化表現(xiàn)形式相關(guān)的文化空間。
