如何分清軟技能和硬技能
在職場(chǎng)和招聘中,常常會(huì)聽到硬技能和軟技能這兩個(gè)詞匯。那么,什么是硬技能?什么是軟技能?它們各自標(biāo)志什么?它們對(duì)于一個(gè)職業(yè)的成功又有多重要呢?下面是小編整理的如何分清軟技能和硬技能,希望大家喜歡。
During the job application and interview process, employers look for applicants with two skill sets: hard skills and soft skills.
在投職和面試的過程中,雇主通常會(huì)查看求職者的兩種技能:硬技能與軟技能。
Hard skills are teachable abilities or skill sets that are easy to quantify. Examples of hard skills include:
硬技能就是能夠通過培訓(xùn)或可以容易量化的技能。
硬技能包括下面這些:
Proficiency in a foreign language
熟練的外語能力
A degree or certificate
文憑或證書
Typing speed
打字速度
Machine operation
機(jī)器操作技能
Computer programming
計(jì)算機(jī)程序編寫能力
These hard skills are often listed in your cover letter and on your resume, and are easy for an employer or recruiter to recognize.
通常這些硬技能都會(huì)在求職信或簡歷中,以便雇主辨識(shí)。
Soft skills, on the other hand, are subjective skills that are much harder to quantify.
而軟技能,則是較難量化的主觀性技能。
Also known as "people skills" or "interpersonal skills," soft skills relate to the way you relate to and interact with other people. Examples of soft skills include:
通常也被稱作“人際技能”。軟技能指的是你如何與別人相處和溝通的技能。

While certain hard skills are necessary for any position, employers are looking increasingly for job applicants with particular soft skills. This is because, while it is easy for an employer to train a new employee in a particular hard skill (such as how to use a certain computer program), it is much more difficult to train an employee in a soft skill (such as patience).
雖然某些硬技能對(duì)某一職位是必須的,但是雇主仍然很注重求職者某一方面的軟技能。這是因?yàn)椋瑢?duì)于新晉的員工,雇主可以很容易培訓(xùn)他們的硬技能(比如如何使用某一個(gè)計(jì)算機(jī)項(xiàng)目),但相比之下,就很難培訓(xùn)一名員工去提高他的軟技能(如耐心)。
Emphasize Both Hard and Soft Skills
硬技能軟技能同等重要
During the job application process, you should therefore be sure to emphasize both your hard and soft skills. This way, even if you lack a particular hard skill required by the company, you can emphasize a particular soft skill that you know would be valuable in the position. For example, if the job involves working on a number of group projects, be sure to emphasize your experience and skill as a team player and your ability to communicate with team members.
在求職的過程中,你必須同時(shí)注重自己的硬技能和軟技能。這樣,即使你缺乏某一職位所需的硬技能,你也可以強(qiáng)調(diào)你擁有該職位所需的軟技能以便取勝。例如,如果這個(gè)職位需要與集體合作完成任務(wù)的,那么一定要強(qiáng)調(diào)自己的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作經(jīng)歷和技能,并且與其他團(tuán)隊(duì)人員溝通合作的能力。
拓展:職場(chǎng)中什么是硬技能,什么又是軟技能呢?
很多人覺得職場(chǎng)核心能力是「業(yè)務(wù)能力」,職場(chǎng)工作業(yè)務(wù)能力當(dāng)然非常重要,沒有業(yè)務(wù)能力,你的上級(jí)也覺得你不會(huì)帶團(tuán)隊(duì),更難以將工作做好。但也要清楚,就算你的業(yè)務(wù)能力再強(qiáng),只有業(yè)務(wù)能力肯定達(dá)不到你長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的「硬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)」。
其實(shí)在職場(chǎng)上不止要有「硬技能」,同樣的「軟技能」也是不可忽視的。
以下這些是一些通用的「硬技能」和「軟技能」:
1.能清晰地表達(dá)自己的需求需求清晰指,你要清楚地知道自己要做什么,要如何做,最終 要實(shí)現(xiàn)什么目標(biāo),而非閉門造車,或者空喊口號(hào)。
2.能定位問題,優(yōu)先解決問題,并不僅僅是做事情的時(shí)候優(yōu)先解決問題,而是要清楚地知道哪些是核心,那些可以后來補(bǔ)。
3.善于溝通,并建立鏈接溝通,不單指在團(tuán)隊(duì)中溝通,而是指在日常工作的交流交往。
