英語(yǔ)巧答“離職原因”
在面試中，有一件事切記，當(dāng)面試官問(wèn)你為什么要換工作時(shí)，要給他們一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)短、商業(yè)化的答復(fù)。
千萬(wàn)不要說(shuō)謊，因?yàn)檫@是不可原諒的。
但你也不要把面試搞得像是一場(chǎng)心理療程。如果你需要發(fā)泄，找你的親人、朋友去說(shuō)吧。
面試不適合說(shuō)這些。
面試時(shí)談?wù)撓惹暗墓ぷ鳎驹瓌t是：不要批評(píng)、抱怨以前的工作環(huán)境或同事，這樣做是很不專業(yè)的。
當(dāng)然，你可以這么回答
1. I left the company owing to liquidation of the business.
我離開(kāi)那家公司是由于公司歇業(yè)了。
2. I have to leave my present post only because the mill is going into bankruptcy.
我不得不離開(kāi)現(xiàn)職只是因?yàn)槟羌夜S已陷入破產(chǎn)。
3. The company has recently been sold to Amway and I’m told my services as a sales manager are no longer needed, so I have to look for a new position.
那家公司最近剛被安利公司收購(gòu)，而我被告知我作為銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理的工作不再需要了，所以我不得不再找一份新工作。
4. The reason for my decision to make a career change is that: although I have had quite a successful career up to now, some recent top management changes at the company have caused me to rethink my objectives.

10.I like the work that is challenging, and I think I am ready for more challenging work at this time.
我喜歡具有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作，我認(rèn)為現(xiàn)在我已為迎接更有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作做好了準(zhǔn)備。
