關于個人能力的英語面試

HR在英語面試環(huán)節(jié)，如果要考察求職者的個人能力，通常都會考如下這類題目，你們做好應答的準備了嗎?

What is your greatest strength?你的最大長處是什么?

I manage my time perfectly so that I can always get things done on time.我極懂分配時間，因此總能準時完成任務。

I suppose a strong point is that I like developing new things and ideas.我想我有一個優(yōu)點就是喜歡創(chuàng)新。

I can take on jobs that bother other people and work at them slowly until they get done.我能承擔別人認為煩惱的工作，然后慢慢努力，直到把工作完成為止。

What are your weak points?你的缺點是什么?

When I think something is right， I will stick to that.Sometimes it sounds a little stubborn but I am now trying to find a balance between insistence and compromise.

若我認為某件事情是對的，我會堅持到底。有時候，這顯得有點頑固，因此我正努力在執(zhí)著與妥協(xié)之間尋求平衡。

As an editor， I have to proofread numerous articles.This is a fairly repetitive job，so it's easy to overlook mistakes.

How do you deal with those who you think are difficult to work with?你怎樣應付哪些你認為難以合作的人?

Sometimes，they are just lack of enthusiasm and I got them involved with something constructive. Some of them changed their attitude later.有時候，他們只是缺乏工作熱情，當我安排他們處理一些建設性的工作時，一些人改變了原來的態(tài)度。
