新型移動床生物膜反應器深度處理模擬養(yǎng)豬廢水試驗研究
摘要: 將新型移動床牛物膜反應器(moving bed biofilm reactor,MBBR)用于模擬養(yǎng)豬廢水深度處理的試驗,研究了反應器結構特征、水力停留時間(HRT)以及填料填充比對反應器處理效果的影響.通過優(yōu)化反應器結構,實現了反應器內的功能分區(qū),提高了反應器處理效率.MBBR用于模擬養(yǎng)豬廢水深度處理的試驗結果顯示,新型MBBR反應器可實現模擬養(yǎng)豬廢水中有機物和營養(yǎng)物的同步良好去除,在HRT為8 h,氣水比12:1,填料填充比例為40%的條件下,化學耗氧量(COD),NH_4~+-N去除率達90%以上;同時實現了總氮(TN)的同步硝化反硝化(SDN)脫除,去除率達85%以上. Abstract: A new type of moving bed biofilm reactor was designed and used in advanced treatment of simulated swine wastewater. Influence of reactor structure character, hydraulic retention time and medium filling proportions on wastewater treatment efficiency were studied. By optimizing reactor structure, functional sub-areas were built up in the reactor; treatment efficiency of the reactor was improved.
