紡織印染廢水的濕式空氣氧化處理
摘要: 研究了用濕式空氣氧化法處理紡織印染廢水的過程,并建立了相應的動力學模型.在300℃下,用濕式空氣氧化法處理120 min可使紡織印染廢水的COD去除率達到56%,同時,可使廢水的可生化降解性由0.04提高到0.40,有利于對這種廢水進行進一步的處理.印染廢水的污染物由多種組分構(gòu)成,在一定的反應溫度下有些污染物能被氧化,有些污染物則不能被氧化.根據(jù)這一特點建立了紡織印染廢水濕式氧化過程的動力學模型,模型擬合結(jié)果與實驗數(shù)據(jù)吻合良好. Abstract: The wet air oxidation of printing and dying wastewater and its reaction kinetics were investigated in the present work. A COD removal of 56% was obtained after the wastewater was treated with wet air oxidation at 300 ℃ for 120 min. Furthermore, the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved from 0. 04 to 0. 40. The printing and dying wastewater contain many kinds of pollutants, such as dyestuff and dying auxiliary; some of the pollutants are easy to be oxidized, while the others are difficult to be oxidized.
