中國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新

摘要： 上世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和環(huán)保投入的不斷加大,加之國(guó)家出臺(tái)一系列鼓勵(lì)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策措施,特別是推行市政公用行業(yè)市場(chǎng)化改革以來(lái),我國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展并初具規(guī)模.同時(shí),我們也清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)到,現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化尚未完成,污染治理任務(wù)仍然繁重,環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇.本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在障礙的分析,有針對(duì)性地提出了促進(jìn)我國(guó)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的政策建議. Abstract： Since the 1980s, with the rapid development of China's economy and the increases of the environmental protection investment, and with the publicity of a series of policies and measures for encouraging the development of environmental protection industry, especially with the implementation of the market-oriented reform for city public utilities, China's environmental industry has made rapid development and achieved preliminary scale.
