決定:

半正式:可以使用縮略和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)(對(duì)私)

呼語(yǔ):特定的寫(xiě)信對(duì)象:Dear XX
不明確收信人:Dear Sir/Madam, or To Whom It May Concern
2、正文
三段(8句):寫(xiě)作目的.段、細(xì)化段、感謝或者期待。

A、框架
第一段:寫(xiě)信目的,指出寫(xiě)信人和被推薦人的關(guān)系;
第二段:推薦原因(品質(zhì),能力,性格等):多寫(xiě)優(yōu)點(diǎn)肯定成績(jī);
第三段:總結(jié)說(shuō)明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任某項(xiàng)工作)。

It is with great pleasure that I recommend to you Zhang Jian, an outstanding graduate majoring in Business Administration.
I have been in charge of Mr. Zhang’s class since they were freshmen, so I know his well. He is courteous, sincere and hardworking.
