　　（一） Asking For Repetition 尋求復(fù)述
　　禮貌地要求對(duì)方重說(shuō)你沒(méi)有聽(tīng)懂或聽(tīng)清的話，人們大多是不會(huì)介意的，但是注意不要說(shuō)“What？”“Uh？”等，可以這樣說(shuō)：

　　（二） Apologizing 道歉用語(yǔ)
　　在無(wú)心的情況下，服務(wù)人員冒犯了客人使客人處于不利或?qū)擂蔚奶幘硶r(shí)，要馬上采取措施來(lái)補(bǔ)救。補(bǔ)救的第一步就要及時(shí)說(shuō)出一些誠(chéng)懇的道歉用語(yǔ)，這樣才可能很快達(dá)到效果。

　　酒店服務(wù)人員用語(yǔ)一般都是以問(wèn)句的形式出現(xiàn)，因?yàn)檫@樣比較禮貌，但更重要的是，體現(xiàn)了酒店充分尊重客人的意愿、顧客至上這一原則。
　　1． How would you like the your steak? Rare, medium rare or well-done?
　　您希望您的牛排怎么做？嫩點(diǎn)，適中，還是全熟？
　　2． Would you like a drink first?
　　您要不要先來(lái)點(diǎn)飲料呢？
　　3． May I take your order, sir?
