Nowadays, more and more university students find it hard to find a good job after graduation. However, the employers also dint it difficult in hiring a suitable staff at the sometime. Why does this happens? I think there must be something related to the graduates.
First of all, many employers find that most students have nothing working experience concerning with their major. As students’ main job in school is study, employer should not make too high requirement to them actually. But students should have an internship before entering the society or at least have a concept about the job related to their specialized subject. Most students know nothing except the textbook, which makes them feel hard to get start. What’s worse, some graduates don’t learn well in school. They neither have experience nor master the the cortical knowledge. In addition, the majority of students are the little prince and princess at home. They haven’t suffered any hardship with the protection of their parents. As a result, they can’t endure hardship or easily give up when meeting difficulties.
To summarize, the graduates should try their best to improve themselves to get out the embarrassing situation of finding jobs. That also makes recruiting much more smoothly. I firmly believe this situation will be better in the future.

The Ten Days’ Military Training The day we were looking forward to came at last----a ten days’ military training began.
During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time. In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Sweat streamed down and we wouldn't wipe it off. Only three days later our faces were tanned. We felt happy and proud of it .
Our platoon officer were two young PLA man, about twenty years old. They were very strict with us during the training and very kind to us afterwards. By talking with them, we came to know not only more information about army life, but also about military affairs.
The military training gave us good discipline. It brought us great happiness, too. Well never forget it.
Our Battalion 3 Company 12 Time goes fast! We have spent the first year of our university. The new term is coming. But what we all have to face is the military training that is said to be cruel.
We students from the Department of Computer Science and Technology form the battalion 3 company 12.We have 2 general terms for the military training whose family names are respectively Chen and Han. And we have 107 students in our battalion.
The ten days’ training is cruel. And almost all of us have been turned to be the persons who are coming from the Africa. Of course, we are all worn out at the same time. But what we all insist on is that we can’t retreat with little wound. So the amount of the students in our company who escape from the training field is the smallest.
When we show respect to the leaders by raising our hands with the goose step, we all feel very sonorous.
We’ll all learn the experience by heart, for it is certainly treasure for us!

Why I Chose to Attend College?
As my high school years were drawing to a close,I turned over and over again in my mind the question of whether I should go to college. At times I did have some doubts. After careful consideration, however,I finally decided it was worthwhile to attend college.
Firstly, because I was always hungry for knowledge and keen on learning. While in high school,I became more and more interested in such subjects as math, physics, and chemistry. I longed to explore much further into those areas.
Secondly, because I knew a college education would provide me with opportunities for all round development. I would play in musical groups, take part in sports, and join campus organizations. Involvement in various kinds of activities could help make me a well rounded person.
Finally,I was aware that in today's world many professions require years of specialized training. Without a college education,it would be difficult for me to obtain a desirable position.
Now I'm here at college and I seem to have more reasons to congratulate myself on my right decision.
